Meet Jamie! His work takes inspiration from 2 main areas: midcentury (mainly 70s) culture and design, and alternative and rock music culture. He is heavily inspired by music as he is constantly listening to music and trying to find new music. Jamie also forms part of Pebble Beach and The Glades, and write my his material. His work has a vintage, worn-in feel by using certain faded colours, and a wide range of textures. For his thesis, Jamie is combining his two passions: design and music. I’m exploring ways to enhance live music performances by means of visuals accompanying the music.
