As is a time honored Florida tradition, this November we will vote on ballot initiatives that we barely understand.  With that in mind Vitaliy has compiled a normal person's primer to what each of the 6 amendments does and how they will affect your day to day life.  While we voice our decisions on each, feel free to vote how you feel.
