Marysia and I met on the back roads of Nosara, Costa Rica a few weeks back. We chatted, exchanged info and I saw her beautiful story of worldwide yoga teaching, alternative health and I was like I gotta get her on here!! ⁣

⁣Marysia and I spoke about her journey into yoga and teaching classes upon classes and retreats all around the world -- from Singapore, to Australia, Switzerland and more!!  Though she is playfully known as, “The Queen of Handstand,” Marysia Do has also cultivated a global reputation as the encyclopedic teacher of teachers. Marysia began yoga as a teenager  randomly in 2001 with a Rodney Yee DVD she found at a CD store where she grew up on Long Island in New York. Handstands became her passion, and her love of yoga could be felt by thousands upon thousands of students she connected with. ⁣

⁣I of course wanted to also chat about her home birthing story, her views on today’s medical system and women's health, and of course her new baby yoga classes you can find on her very own yoga app! ⁣
