Mina works in construction development. After she graduated from civil engineering in 2014, she created an online community of women in engineering on Instagram called "IronRingGirls" where she shares engineering career secrets that they don't teach in a classroom. She is also the author of "Wait, are good grades enough? - a guide for engineering students.
