Taftaj is a trans woman of autogynephilic etiology. She was a pediatric transitioner, and although over the years she has gone back and forth on whether that was a good idea, she is satisfied with her decision to transition. Taftaj talks about transness in a realistic and thoughtful way, so I was especially glad to have her on the show.
