WELL, I'm turning 30 at the end of the month so I thought since it's also episode 30 what better way to celebrate than with a little run down on the lessons I've learned in my twenties...as I say goodbye to them.

My twenties were a literal rollercoaster. Lots of pain but also tons of growth, love, kindness, and expansion. I can't imagine the lessons I'll learn going forward. Honestly.
