Francis O’Connor (C.MI)
Francis O’Connor is an Irish-born meditation instructor whose lifelong spiritual journey weaves Celtic mysticism, Irish contemplative Christianity, and decades of deep inner work. After overcoming depression and addiction through meditation, music, and Eastern healing modalities, he devoted himself to helping others cultivate peace and compassion. Today, Francis leads seven weekly online groups—including sound-healing meditations, Michael Singer book studies, and courses on the Twelve Steps and Living Untethered—all donation-based and open to all. He also offers one-on-one meditation coaching.
