外交部所舉辦的「第八屆全民潮台灣」短片競賽今年邁入第八年，透過各界影像好手，用鏡頭將屬於台灣的感動，告訴全世界。由軍聞社團隊所創作《像天空一樣》榮獲今年首獎的殊榮，將女飛官守護國家安全的身影，推廣到國際舞臺，讓世界看見中華民國國軍堅定自我防衛的決心與努力。
