What should a builder be doing??

If you have ever been to a business or company and had a chat with them about something you would like to do, you more than likely have been taken through a sales process that is quite in depth, this shouldnt be different to going to a builder should it?? but it is.....

how is it different and why is something i discuss in this episode, would you like to know how to differentiate a builder that has thought about you and one that hasnt??
