In this weeks Episode of the JAB Podcast, the guys are joined by Dr. Stephen Ward, Director of the Martin County Health Department to discuss the needle exchange program that officially began this week at the Martin County Health Department.  We had a great in depth discussion about the pros and cons of this type of program and how it will work in our hometown.
