On Episode 31 of BPerryFilms Podcast I would enjoy sharing a milestone that I always wanted to test out. I decided that I was going to add someone to my team from a solo creator to a two-member business. This could be a temporary experience for this intern where he would be put to the test by assisting me with Administrative Duties. In this episode, I have my intern Pius Kehinde who is based in Nigeria, South Africa, and let me tell you it made some experiences more enjoyable by easing some of the workload. He would be working with me for 3 months taking all the knowledge that I would be teaching him to perfect his craft.
In this conversation, you will hear about his experience working with me at BPerryFilms remotely. I hope you are excited to meet him as he helped me work through a few launches with The Artistic Creator Academy™ and allowed me to make some notifications with my business. As I told him when he first started he would be put to the test to work outside of his comfort zone. One is public speaking so what better place than on a Podcast. In his interview, he shared that he was shy and reserved and didn’t have much experience working in front of the camera. I told him this is a film company and this is what we do. Outside of BPerryFilms, he was known for his Freelance Writing skills that he offers on services such as Upwork & Fiverr.
By the time he finished his internship, he was very appreciative of the journey he got to take with me. He has strengthened his techniques in marketing, writing, and public speaking. Now he has transferable skills to take on for future projects and companies he decides to work and collaborate with.
