Caleb a Army war veteran turned recruiter took those skills and passion for helping others into the civilian world and turned it into a sales career. The transition though, the feeling of being lost is what Caleb wanted to really get across and how to get beyond that initial shock. The team has some fun answering the age old interview question of "What is your biggest weakness?". Along with National Guardsmen being held at gun point while trying to escort COVID-19 vaccines.
