Gina is a current Program Manager at Microsoft, Tiktok Creator, Blogger, and side career coach. Gina has been on a journey to share her voice, starting with her TEDx in 2019, and now using other vehicles to share her personal experiences as a first Generation Latina, first generation graduate, and all the healing, and awareness needed to continue to self-discover and self-actualize. Gina holds an Industrial Engineering BS & Systems Engineering MS and has a big passion to continue to bring minority communities to STEM and normalize the diversity that this brings.
