“Darrell Schweitzer is an American writer, editor, and essayist, particularly known for his work in dark fantasy and horror, but also in science fiction and fantasy. He has published numerous novels, short stories, and critical essays, and has edited collections of essays on various writers within his preferred genres. Schweitzer has also been a co-editor of the magazine Weird Tales and a World Fantasy Award judge.”
