Today we want to ask the question, if you could design your life exactly how you want it to be, what would that life look like? In this episode, we discuss our vision of our ideal life, and how we want to achieve them. This exercise is inspired by the lifebook, a programme that was recommended to me by a dear friend Harsha who had found it beneficial in planning his life goals. The lifebook consists of 12 categories, but today we are doing a more condensed version, and we will go through some of the key categories. We talk about our ideal life visions for health & fitness, intellectual and emotional life, relationships with parents and our career.
