I am so excited to have the very first “power couple” on The Get Crystallized Show!  Keiondria, a student inside my R3 Academy has released over 50 lbs and has inspired her husband to release 30 lbs.  Together, they share their transformational journey from faith, fitness and a healthier relationship with food.  And now, to uplevel their journey together they have joined forces and are starting their own YouTube Channel entitled, “Rising Rainey’s on The Rise!
