Ep331: THE SERIOUSNESS OF SIN IN THE BELIEVER
In this episode, we discuss the seriousness of sin in a believer. Though we are JUSTIFIED, we are continually being SANCTIFIED. Sin cannot REIGN in our bodies - continually sinning and we will talk about why, what the BIble clearly says, and the deceptions that some professing Christians would have you believe.
I pray you are sharpened, as I have been by the work of the Spirit, to take ALL sin SERIOUSLY - knowing that we are NEW CREATIONS in Christ and there WILL be evidences of that by the fruit we produce.
Our key passage is Romans 6.7. And the verse I couldn't remember in Hebrews was Hebrews 10:31. ;) MAY GOD OFFEND OUR FLESH DAILY WITH HIS TRUTH AND WITH THIS GRACE. Soli Deo Gloria.
