In 2018 Romi joined the Israel Innovation Institute with a clear vision of forming a professional, first of its kind community in the field of innovation management in organizations, corporates, and on a geographical level. Following this passion, Romi co-founded and today the Director of CatalystIL community, with more than 2300 community members, 200 innovation managers, and 100+ professionals- all part of the ecosystem.
