Rev. Victor Allen is an international bestselling Author and is a graduate of Kaplan University. He has an Associate degree in Information Technology, and is also a United States Coast Guard Licensed Captain, and has worked in the marine industry for over twenty years.

Rev. Allen is a business owner, who also works for the City of Beaumont Police Clergy Department.
