Goals - what are my goals for this year? These aren't just about achievements but how I want to feel? What do I want to do? What do I want to experience?
Watch - what do I need to watch out for? What might hold me back or trigger me? What might I need to work on and heal from? What thoughts and habits are controlling me?
Listen - what is my gut telling me? What do I need to listen to? How can I be more aligned with my intuition?
