If you want growth and success for your career, goals, or ideas then it's time to stop waiting around for 'the perfect opportunity' or a seat at the table. Building your own table, whatever that may look like, is the best way to achieve the progress you want. It's time to take ownership of your growth. Don't let fear of the unknown stand in your way, instead get creative and show the world what you are capable of, because you are capable of AMAZING and INCREDIBLE ideas babe. With a little bit of courage and hard work, you won't just be waiting for ‘a seat', but creating something new and providing an opportunity to those around you too!
