Jim Chones is a former professional basketball player and current radio analyst for the NBA team, Cleveland Cavaliers. When he left Marquette to pursue an ABA career, he was only the second player in NCAA history to leave school to play professional basketball before graduating (first player was Spencer Haywood).

Jim went on to get drafted by the New York Nets and play for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Washington Bullets. From his long career on the court, Jim shares with us his wisdom for finding our voice, understanding who you are, being comfortable with being yourself.
