Am I right? Except why are we told otherwise? I don't know of anyone who hasn't been affected by some type of adversity in life. 

I wanted to share my thoughts on adversity and how I have learned to manage adversity to help me remain sane and purposeful when it arises in my life. 

Oh and stop comparing your pain to others. That's not fair.
