Statistics show that the working age group in Finland is rapidly ageing. It is also a fact that Finland needs immigrants to support it’s workforce. As foreigners living and working in Finland we cannot help but wonder, how is Finland going to achieve this goal with all the ’roadblocks’ that immigrants face while pursuing their careers in Finland?
