Ozzy (Daniel) brings up some alleged things that annoy listeners, according to a YouTube video he watched... we're guilty of some of these but not in agreement with how bad they say these all are. The latter part of the conversation is Ozzy asking Shantelle about a purchase dilemma concerning their eldest child... which parent do you think wants to give their child everything they want? Shantelle adds a note about an accomplishment before signing off.
