Rikhi is a Masters Student at the Aerospace Systems Design Lab at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), majoring in Aerospace Systems Engineering and an international student from Singapore. She is passionate about systems safety, advocating for diversity and inclusion, and the well-being of gender minorities in STEM. Through her writing and speaking engagements, she aims to show up authentically in all her endeavors across the Aerospace Industry - as a Systems Engineer, Aviation Week 20 Twenties Laureate, Brooke Owens Fellow, Women of Aeronautics and Astronautics D&I Chair, AIAA Scholar, and the founder of Singapore’s first Women Leaders in Aerospace Conference.
