Canadian émigré and adventurer Tom has earned a reputation as one of the most distinctive and engaging stand-up talents around. Arriving in the UK back in 2001 from Vancouver, Tom instantly made a splash on the circuit with his magnetic stage presence and first-class storytelling.
As Tom enters his 50s, he reflects upon some of the trauma and lifestyle choices he has made, why he made them, and how these have affected his mental health and parenting style.
He also explains why he chose to make the UK his home, how his childhood shaped the man he is today, amongst a collection of amusing anecdotes and revelations.
