Kristo Vaher is the Chief Technology Officer for the country of Estonia and a strong believer in de-centralized, non-monolithic micro service-oriented government architecture.

He has been an international leader in government transformation for a number of years, and a few months ago he published his newest vision paper titled “Next Generation Digital Government Architecture.”
