Thats his profession here on earth. I would say he is much more than a personal trainer, He's a godly being who, in my opinion, is here as a vehicle to be the light for others to navigate through tough times. 

Bill has been ran through the gambit when it comes to close encounter with death, I mean you could almost say its like someones tryna kill him while simultaneously keeping him alive. And all the while he does it with a smile and a fucking bad ass mentality, a GODLY way of being. The embodiment of Life and Human Spirit encapsulated within the beautiful being we here call Muscle Bill.
