Trust. A seemingly simple but truthfully deeply complex word that underlies all human relationship and interaction. Trust begins in infancy and solidifies throughout our lives, for better or for worse. Think of trust like a dance, a pattern of give and take. We often do not give space for this process of ebb and flow like a dance, but rather hold our loved ones to rigid perfectionism in honesty, follow through, communication, and consistency.
Join us as we unpack trust: what it really looks like, how it can be broken, how we can protect it, and tips for long-term maintenance to give you healthy, long-lasting relationships. We start to learn how to build trust as children, directly impacting our relationship and trust patterns as adults. As adults, we frequently seek trust in all the wrong ways, often pushing our partner away in our attempts to bring them closer, validating our fears of our trust being broken. Let us help you break the cycle of broken trust within your relationships!

In two weeks, we explore the role of chiropractic care on not our physical health, but also our mental and relational health! Later topics include: the impacts of mental health on physical health, parenting, navigating finances as a partnership, self-acceptance, compassion in couples, neurodivergence, navigating milestones as a couple, and so much more!
