In this episode I got a chance to sit and speak with my old boss and friend Ryan Moore. Ryan has an extensive background in finance specifically in the real estate space. He has underwritten over $100m in commercial assets ranging from retail, office,industrial and multifamily. Working for companies such as GE and Goldman Sachs and now with DHI communities whose parent company is D.R Horton the largest home builder in the U.S.
