In this episode, three of Missouri’s Regional Professional Development Center literacy coaches - Susan Kohl, Debbie Schroer and Abby Seymour - share background information on the state’s literacy initiative to fund K-5 teachers to participate in the LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) training. They also share the purpose and importance of the training and how the regional literacy coaches across the state are supporting teachers and administrations with implementation of their learning in classrooms.
