Coach Frank Sagasta here. After working in the education arena for 10 years, and coaching multiple sports for over 15 years, I created a brand for myself and system of strategies to assist students and professionals at expanding beyond their reach and to have great impact on themselves and others on the journey.

When I began working with students and clients online, there were no resources or guidelines available that taught how to improve ourselves effectively. I had to figure it out on my own through trials, failures and experimentations. Of course, some of which I am still practice today, after five years of commitment.

I learned from the best in the field of leadership and stewardship. I have a genuine gift and ability of speaking with students to empower them beyond their own experience. We can all agree that there is a positive bridge that must be built, to make a real difference in their social and emotional learning.
