In 2018 she started Inclusive Wellness - a health company that blends together nutrition, mindfulness and spiritual connection, to help people reconnect to themselves and the planet. Each session is so different, some focus on designing meal plans while others on past life healings. Regardless of the theme she meets her clients where their at to develop an individualized, practical, and workable plan - so they can reach their goals easily and affordably. All services are offered on a sliding scale as Julie understands the barriers to accessing health care – she also teaches Social Equity at Pacific Rim College.
