Adejoké (Joké) Babington-Ashaye is a Sr. Counsel at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. and the editor and co-author of International Criminal Investigation: Law and Practice. Joké graduated from the University of Buckingham, the Queen Mary University of London and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Joké is originally from Nigeria and considers herself a global citizen. Joké is also a singer and songwriter; she sings in DC's all-women social justice A-cappella group, SongRise.
