In this episode we speak with Mari Beth on urban plant and gardening communities, healing with plants and plant recognition, grounding into stability, communicating with plants and receiving messages through plants as well as harvesting plants for use and harvest awareness. We also talk about how human constructs like time, seasons etc. impact not only the plants but our (human) perception and outlook.
