Ep:4 - E.xplain Your Value Proposition

Now that you've done all the right things so far, it's time to close the deal! A sale occurs when value exceeds price and value must be earned. The first 3 steps in my process are designed to help you create that value. It is your obligation to take the client out of the market because it will save them time.
*Give people reasons to say "Yes".
*Ask for the sale NOW! Tomorrow is not promised.
*A strong value proposition can get you a "Yes" even before price is disclosed. You won't have to "hard close" because you've already done all the right things.
***WARNING*** If the "yes" comes too quickly, your price may be too low. Assess whether your price is too low or if you simply did a great job (or a combination of the two).
Every transaction has a seller and a buyer. Either you are selling or you are being sold.
To write an iTunes review from your phone:
1) Search for "S.A.L.E.S. is Simple" in podcasts. You don't have to include the periods or the capitalization.
2) Click on the S.A.L.E.S. is Simple podcast at the bottom of your screen.
3) Click the second tab (Reviews)
4) Click "Write a Review"
5) Tab to your star rating, enter a title, and put in your (optional) review.
