However the journey to operating one of the best restaurants in the city wasn't easy.  Max had every reason to quit, give up and throw in the towel.  Days after launching the entire world shut down due to covid 19 causing him to adjust his business model to keep operating and serving the community.   If that wasn't difficult enough, he would soon be diagnosed with life shattering news...Cancer.  Yet in still, Max's faith fueled him forward!  His faith and trust in God carried him during a season where he had to literally learn how to walk all over again!
