When is the last time you've taken a cold, hard look at your life? This is something that needs to occur on a regular basis so that we can be in tune with our lives, goals, and overall well-being. It takes a lot of courage and honesty to hold yourself accountable. However, it's crucial to assess our lives so that we can focus on what is meaningful for us. This week, we talk about getting it together, accepting where we are in our present journey, and the importance of holding space and compassion for yourself during the process.
