I'm joined by Kari O'Driscoll, a leader in education and tools for fostering connection with kids that can lessen the feeling of failure and shame. As Kari puts it, "It's a gift to be in relationship with (our) kids" and I couldn't agree more - and neither can Kari's cat Pepper, who offers her two cents with some jingle bells. :)
