Jennifer Konopaki is the Executive Director of Sport at Winsport in Calgary, Alberta. With over 20 years experience in the sport and recreation industry, Jenn cares deeply about the role sport plays in our lives, and the impact her leadership can have on her teams. In this interview we explore her leadership effectiveness, and the role coaching plays in it, that has landed her in a very important and significant leadership role in Canadian sport.
