Today I’m chatting with the incredible Shani Chantel (@thegirlcode_byshani), the beautiful babe behind the girlcode_byshani on insta.

Shan is an absolute boss babe when it comes to living real! She’s a Mumma, wife and most recently a full-time Instagrammer. Her life mission is to help women transform the way they think about themselves and others by educating and inspiring them to fully step into their deepest, most real, rawest and fully unedited, unapologetic versions of themselves.

She doesn’t just do this by dishing out the tips and tricks – nope, that would be easy. She does this by showing up and being 100% vulnerable. This is one of the things that I just adore about Shan. What you see is what you get, 100% real, raw and authentic. She doesn’t shy away from the good, bad or freaking insanity that is life and owns her story with so much acceptance.

Shani and I chat about everything from the importance of comfy underwear to owning your story and loving your body even when it's not what you or others think it "should" be. This is a chat straight from the heart!
