Breaking Barriers in Medicine with Dr Sushmita

Today, women make up a significant portion of the medical workforce in Australia, with many talented and dedicated female doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals working tirelessly to provide high-quality care to patients across the country. Women are also increasingly occupying leadership positions in the medical field, serving as mentors and role models for future generations of medical professionals. In our special interview for NSW Women's Week this year, we're thrilled to be joined by Dr. Sushmita, a Bangladeshi-Australian Muslim doctor who has dedicated her career to serving patients and advocating for greater diversity and inclusion in the medical field.
