“The history of the development of human society shows that, for a country or a nation's community, the most lasting and deepest strength is the core values recognized by the whole society. Core values carry the spiritual pursuit of a nation's community and the country. They embody the value standard by which a society judges as correct or wrong.”

“The development of core values is by no means a day’s work. It is necessary for us to persist in moving from easy to difficult, from near to afar, and strive to turn the requirements of core values into daily codes of conduct, and subsequently form beliefs and concepts that we consciously pursue.”
