I couldn't post another feel good happy podcast without addressing some of the tragic events we have witnessed in our country this passed week. The suicide deaths of Nellie Tembe and Lufuno have left us emotionally charged as a nation. We have been going through so much as individuals and we are still going through the most. These ladies decided to take their own lives and I feel we need to take a look at the pressures that influence such decisions. In today's podcast I take the time to do just that.
