Simon Brown -Chief Learning Officer at Novartis a focused medicines company, and one of the leading companies in the world. At Novartis Simon has led the development of a new, award-winning learning strategy. Simon, as the chief learning officer, gained Novartis several global awards for learning including the award for Learning Strategy Innovation. In addition, Simon co-founded Brightwave, one of the UK’s leading eLearning companies, which was acquired by Capita Plc.
Garrick Jones - Co-founder and partner at Ludic Group and co-author of the book ALIVE: Digital Humans and Their Organizations. Garrick is a fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science where he has taught Capstone programs in International Relations and designed the ground-breaking Open Innovation Program. His research is focused on Creative Economies and large-scale support systems for commerce, culture, education and community development in which innovation is critical. He advises on numerous projects for corporations and governments and state-of-the-art think tanks, including the award-winning Future Trends Forum. He works with Fortune 100 clients, governments, the UN and UNDP.
