 Wade Houston is an entrepreneur and businessman from  Alcoa, Tennessee  with a legendary background.  In 1962, he became one of the first three African-American players to  sign to play basketball at the University of Louisville. In 1989, he became the first African-American coach not only at the University of Tennessee but the entire Southeastern Conference(SEC). When he fully retired in 94’ from coaching, he finally committed himself to his original goal of business and has not looked back since creating several businesses along with his wife Alice and their family. But one of the most important things he learned along the way was his passion to serve others and having strong faith which has not dwindled down yet.
