On this episode, I reflect on a very recent conversation that I JUST HAD with an insurance adjuster.  He was very helpful actually, a Chiropractor.  He REMINDED me of things that I am well aware of, just an interesting 20+ minute conversation that we had, and then the resulting actions that I took following the conversation.
