In this one, we discuss the fabled Crossing of the Delaware.  Happening at a very special time of year, this event was a very timely and well-needed Christmas gift.  We discuss what happened, how and where its led us to today.  We also have a good conversation about leadership and a few other odd ends.  Enjoy, and Merry Christmas!
