It’s pretty clear that a lack of sleep equals a lack of mental and physical energy as well as a range of health related issues including a shortened lifespan. Unfortunately, this is a challenging reality for most parents. Even though there are rare individuals who can function healthily on minimal sleep, the recommended sleep range for adults is between 7-9 hours. So anything that can help with sleep is of interest to me and that’s how I discovered a sleep device called the SomniResonance SR1 which could help some of you who are having sleeping issues or perhaps those of you who just want to be able to get into deep restorative sleep a lot easier.
It’s a small, lightweight, battery-powered device approved for safe use by regulatory bodies in the USA (Underwriters Laboratories and FDA) using a method of therapy called PEMF which is supported by science for its use in treating various ailments and disorders. In this episode of TheEdTalks, president of the company DSleep Michael Lares, explains the science of sleep and how this little device may just be the helping hand that lets you get a rejuvenating night’s sleep again.
Tweet: If you have trouble sleeping, this small device could be the help you need.
